connectivity, our clients have access to NWT's comprehensive
network of multi-product algorithms, a suite of pre- and
post-trade analytics, integrated portfolio and spread
trading functionality, as well as clearing and prime
brokerage services provided by Merrill Lynch-Broadcort and
Penson Financial. Clients are able to take advantage of dark
liquidity through customized dark-pool aggregating
algorithms, effectively reducing trade slippage and order

NWT Algorithmic Trading |
|
NWT Algorithmic Trading provides a global, multi-asset suite
of algorithms that includes Implementation Shortfall, VWAP,
TWAP, Arrival Price, TVOL, Departure Price, and a variety of
Dark Pool aggregating "Smart" algorithms. Every algorithm
seeks optimal execution based on user-defined parameters and
accesses a number of displayed and non-displayed sources via
advanced smart routers. Clients also have the opportunity to
cross orders with non-displayed liquidity in popular
Crossing Networks such as Liquidpoint. You can connect to
NWT's array of algorithms in a variety of ways, including
Execution Management systems (EMS) and Order Management
Systems (OMS) or via FIX connection. By trading with NWT
algorithmically, you also gain access to a range of partner
resources, including pre and post-trade analytics,
transaction cost analysis (TCA) and execution strategy.
NWT's network of algorithms are available in North America,
Europe and Asia. |

Integration |

NWT Clients can take advantage of full integration with our
premier clearing partners, Merrill Lynch-Broadcort and
Penson Financial. Prime Brokerage and
broker-dealer clearing services through NWT's strategic
partners ensure that positions are available in our
available EMS platforms. All trades executed via EMS systems
are efficiently delivered to accounts. In addition, client
EMS/DMA systems have electronic access to NWT's stock
